This handbook enables USAID missions to understand how to identify, assess, and act upon opportunities to use inclusive digital financial services (like mobile money) in USAID programs. The Handbook is designed for use across the Agency, though content is often framed with a Mission perspective. We designed the handbook so that you don’t need to read all of it. Each section begins by identifying the target audience and objectives so that you can just read the parts most relevant to you.
