The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) is a signature effort to invest in an emerging generation of young Africans with leadership training, networking, and professional development opportunities. YALI consists of three programs: the YALI Mandela Washington Fellowship, YALI Network, and the Regional Leadership Centers (RLCs).  These programs provide opportunities for young people to access  U.S.-based, regional, and virtual training.
