FindMyLost - the First Digital Lost&Found for Business and Consumer
FindMyLost (FML) is the first Social Lost&Found, the only platform that allows you to get your lost item back wherever you are.
FML is focused on business and provides companies with the possibility to create their own digital L&F database together with value added Customer Care services, by acting as an aggregator.
FML is first mover as no one else offers a fully integrated service.
FML is socially committed and is going to disrupt the Lost & Found ecosystem.
A centralised fully integrated system allows companies to manage the entire flow, from loss to delivery, saving costs, increasing operational efficiency and providing them with competitive advantage.
A cloud database accompanied by an iOS and Android App, a Web-App and a CMS to organise and store all Lost & Found items.
Through the semantic engine, users can search for their lost items autonomously regardless of their location, 24/7.
The company Customer Service and the owner of a lost valuable get in contact through the integrated messaging system. No more emails or international calls!
The result is a higher return rate with the possibility of secondary revenues for the company (e.g. management fees) and an improved customer experience.
Do you have current users or testers?
We are currently starting a pilot with a TOC (Train Operating Company) in UK.
What is your strategy for expanding use of your innovation?
The Web-App and the iOS and Android Apps are already available in the Stores. Our short term strategy aims at targeting potential clients, grow FML network and therefore proceed with the fine-tuning of the platform thanks to the feedback we gather from our customers.
Our long run goal is to become a unique point of reference in the Lost & Found world by offering a disruptive solution.
In 2017 FML aims at the Italian and UK markets. Regarding Italy, the focus is on Tier 1 clients. FML will start targeting Tier2 and Tier3 clients during the year. However, the penetration of the two clusters is a 2018-19 goal. In UK, FML main focus is on TOCs (Tier1), which represent a larger and more developed market than the Italian one. Digital advertisement and offline marketing campaigns will support FML's clients communication efforts (win-win approach). In the 2H of 2017 we will will start approaching the French and German markets, characterised by a developed transportation infrastructure and network and a large number of potential Tier 1/2/3 clients.
