Just scanning of school textbook through our app will give the child access to relevant and quality curriculum based content and support without going through the hassle to search from multiple content across platforms. Artificial Intelligence: We are using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to deliver customized learning experience to every child based on the child's intellect and level of understanding. We are using various machine learning algorithms to give a real world classroom experience to the student which will teach according to the students' learning curve and help them solve their doubts on the go using a language of their choice.

Stage 3: Proof of Concept

We have conducted market research across 10 cities (Pune, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Raipur, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, New Delhi) with 1170 students and parents and 250 teachers teaching various subjects in different boards. We used stratified sampling based on economically & academically weak and strong students (from Govt. + Govt. aided and private schools) + parents. We built our alpha version based on the results of this research and tested it out with 1620 students to understand their behavior across learning outcomes and implied those results to build our Beta.

Zucate addresses the dual problem of accessibility & learning as an outcome marring the education system in India.Over 100 million children in India are 2 or more years below their grade level typically lacking concepts.(According to the government’s 13th Annual Status of Education Report (ASER)2018). There exist infrastructure,socio- economic,linguistic and physical barriers in India for people who wish to access education.Pupil teacher ratio of around 80:1.Quality education is highly priced

To support the school curriculum, we have developed AUGMENTED REALITY based learning experience and ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE based ANALYTICS that provides customization suited to the student’s intellect and grasp. We provide support for all the subjects providing support for vernacular medium students as well.

he mission is to affirm the dignity of every individual and drive sustainable impact among children. We believe that work should driven neither be by just a paycheck nor what determines our self-worth. We believe through Zucate we will be —equipping students to educate themselves and pursue their passions; and hence create a success story in every child.

Competitive Advantage

We are using speech recognition to identify the student’s language orientation and ease the platform exploration accordingly. Text-to-speech is used to add another level of interactivity where the student can make the platform read not only the content provided by Zucate but also read the answers submitted by student thus eliminating the odds of error making and increasing the grasp of concepts. Meta Cognitive Task Analysis is used as Explanatory and actionable models to understand how students think or reason and arrive at a final decision to solve a problem. Mapping new concepts with older ones to form a semantic network helps understand students’ cognitive structure, interactive behaviour and learning process thus improving their learning mindset. Automated Repetitive Tasks algorithm in Machine learning is used to automate repetitive tasks such as FAQs and Doubt Clearing thus allowing more bandwidth on other high order tasks such as content and tests. Dynamic Scheduling is used for Matching students that need help (performance based)

Founder’s Background: We as founders have had the privilege of both teaching and running businesses in the last 6 years. We both have taught a huge number of students and have catered to them individually. We understand the mindset of students quite well and are designing the product keeping the students in mind. In the last 6 years we have had a taste of success with Enlightening Minds and a taste of failure with our Healthcare IT startup.
