A device which can transform unutilized vibrational energy into well usable electrical energy. The energy is stored in a rechargeable battery. With the aid of the stored electrical energy, it can drive different electrical circuits like traffic indicators, street light, also able to switch over either the power grid or renewable energy sources with less energy from piezoelectric material

India is being the second largest populated country in the world. The usage of electricity in a rural and urban area increases day by day with ever increasing in the population. Primarily, the power generation is from non-renewable energy sources. Overconsumption of the energy causes the depletion of these sources. It is necessary to find another energy harvesting methods for the generation of the electric city. The vibrations due to many reasons can be well utilized for the generation of power

This work proposed a new art of practice that can harvest electrical energy from the unusable vibration energy using piezoelectric material.
