The hydro electric generator can harness the power from free running water to generate green electricity. Through this innovation we have been awarded a medal and we are able to mediate the Anglophone Crises in Cameroon.

The crooked 38-year rule sit-tight regime in Cameroon is very good in rigging elections and so can never be removed from its place by elections. Many have resorted to rebellion or insurgency, but unfortunately they are weak. We recommend responsible military action from the United States, the United Kingdom and if possible France as well as the United Nations. This would pave the way for technological and sustainable development in Cameroon. Technological development is only possible if the state is willing to assist inventors and innovators, But with Cameroonian system inventors and innovators are prevented from carrying out their creative activities. Many have had their personal funds to carry out their own innovative activities but were prevented by the state. Others come in with funds from abroad but were also prevented from carrying out development activities. Instead they were asked to deposit their funds in the council treasuries for the council to decide on them. But this method scare away many funders as they are not sure the funds would be well allocated with high levels of corruption cases in Cameroon. The tyrannic regime has chosen to declare war on its people instead of calling for inclusive dialogue. Many calls for mediation and inclusive dialogue have failed. What else should we be afraid of if our brothers have been tortured and killed in this crises. We must stand up for our rights and talk.

Stage 6: Sustained Scale

I recently won a Bronze medal from the Korean electric power corporation(KEPCO) for this innovation. I was offered a round trip flight ticket from Cameroon to Korea for this innovation. I was given a DIPLOMA and certificate as hydro electric engineer

Problem

The country Cameroon has two major problems: Low Technological development caused by the regime trying to prevent people from inventing. Many innovators in the country have been prevented from developing their innovations to scale. Bad governance is another key issue in Cameroon. The country has a very strong centralized government. This central government has a strong control on local governments. It has representatives inside local governments and influences major projects in local governments

Solution

It would be better if Cameroonians are permitted to invent and unite to develop their own creative skills. This is not through foregn investors and companies who usually come in to make quick cash and go away without passing their technology to Cameroonians. As far as bad governance is concern many have come up with solutions such as , complete decentralization, federation, cessation But to me the best solution remains for 38-year rule Sit-tight Dictator President Paul BIYA to step down.

Target Beneficiaries

Not only the anglophone linguistic minority in Cameroon shall benefit from this innovation. Even the francophone majority can benefit. This include at least 20 million Cameroonians, who are suffering from poverty, underdevelopment, bad governance and war in the anglophone regions of Cameroon. See how this innovation has drawn the attention of Journalists http://www.atlanticchronicles.com/2019/01/22/to-end-anglophone-crisis-concerned-cameroonians-offer-to-negotiate-between-govt-amba-fighters/

Mission and Vision

The mission of my organization the First modern Agro Tools Common Initiative Group is to promote advance agriculture in Cameroon, we also intend to defend human rights especially human right abuses originating automatically from a 38-year sit-tight regime. This regime ignores the rule of the law. Our mission is to transform agriculture in Cameroon from subsistence to second generation agriculture and remove the sit-tight regime from its place by some other means different from elections.

Competitive Advantage

Technological development is the key driver behind every developed country coupled with good governance. Many have tried to solve the problem of low technological development by encouraging foreign investors in Cameroon. But most foreign investors usually come in to make quick cash and go away without passing their technology to Cameroonians. It would be better if Cameroonians are permitted to invent and unite to develop their own creative skills. Unfortunately the state tries to prevent people from inventing. This is due to fear of losing power as people could invent and develop even sophisticated equipment that can cause the sit-tight regime to lost influence and control over the people. As far as bad governance is concern many have come up with solutions such as , complete decentralization, federation, cessation But to me the best solution remains for 38-year rule Sit-tight Dictator President Paul BIYA to step down.

Planned Goals and Milestones

I was inspired by both low technological development especially with too frequent power outages in developing countries and the Bad governance in the republic of Cameroon coupled with the ongoing crises or war. The country have educated human resources but the level of technological development is very low due to bad governance of a dictatorial regime that occupied the country since 1982. Power has never been rotated. The regime spends more time collecting high taxes and protecting itself.
Funding Goal400,000
Projected Cumulative Lives Impacted20,000,000
New Implemented CountriesCameroon
RecruitBoard of Directors including the General manager, the secretary, treasurer financial, secretary and engineers. Unskilled labour.
New FeaturePromotion of second generation agriculture and human rights defence, Taking opportunity to meet Ambazonian leadership in the DIASPORAGSM switches locally made with phones can be associated with the generator.

The Team Behind the Innovation

I have Six representations of my organization at the United Nations headquarter in Geneva known as the chief administrative officer , Main Geneva representative and additional representatives. There are also six representives at the UNHQ in New York known as Chief administrative officer, Main representative and additional representatives. In Cameroon I work with technicians from Mechanical engineering field and Electrical engineering. I am creating a forum for monthly knowledge exchange.
