In the Dominicana Republic, the ICT GAP scores 0 in this study, meaning entrepreneurs in the country doesn't integrate technologies in their ventures.
This has led to a programme approach to vulnerable populations; the challenge of #StartupsAcademy in the Dominican Republic is to overcome the current entrepreneurship technological gaps to achieve inclusion.
