M'Care's mobile AI provides medical care to patients through IVRs, USSD and Chatbots. It is a digital and mobile health assistant to Community Health Workers (CHWs) with limited medical training in rural Africa; providing them the medical knowledge they require for primary healthcare and preventive health services like vaccination and specific disease campaigns, including maternal care and contraception guidance. M'Care provides USSD and SMS based decision support to CHWs offline, at the point of administering care, to prevent, make right diagnosis and treat primary healthcare diseases with referral support for complicated ailments. CHWs can ask questions about appropriate healthcare interventions and get real time responses via USSD and SMS to make accurate decisions about care or referrals including tailored content to aid disease and preventive health campaigns. M'Care identifies healthcare gaps in the remote locations CHWs work and notifies real time health ministries and concerned stakeholders. Real time, real life data collected is analysed to predict infectious disease outbreaks in different locations, track infection spread, forecast medical supply chain needs periodically and mitigate a potential epidemic.
