We produce tile cement, grout cement and waterproof cement with all products carrying our brand name GANAFIX. Our tile adhesive is uniquely modified with solid premium grade of high cellulose glue and cement concentrate for wall and floor tiling, thick or thin bed layers, rigid and flexible substrates. It is suitable for both interior and exterior application on either commercial or domestic purposes. Our grout cement which is produced in different colors of white, grey, black, brown, green and requested colors is also used for filling the gaps in laid tiles which gives the tiling a beautiful finishing. Our waterproof cement is also used as anti-water applicant for leakages in construction related projects to stop water leakages on walls, floors, ceilings and concrete projects. Our core values are built on gender parity, fight against gender based violence and keen desire to creating mass employments for the unemployed African youth who seem to be hopeless hence fall victims to many social vices, over time we seek to empower these to be self employed by creating products and companies themselves on a small scale with the view to growing the business on the foundation of employment creation. The World as we knew has very much changed with the COVID 19 pandemic and unless investors invest in selfless companies such as ours we will always have the challenge of companies growing their net worth without really creating employments by investing in others. Many African youths are turning to self-destructive social vices which unchecked poses a high threat to National security and Peace of many Nations beyond the shores of Africa as crime today is easily networked globally.

The thousands of youth stand the chance of been employed as cement production touches almost all the ranks of creating employment from the factory workers, drivers, retailers, management personnel, several marketing agents and loading and offloading hands. We will employ a gender parity working force not less than 200 permanent employees across the regional franchise branches in Ghana and several thousands of factory hands which will benefit investors as company finances rise.

Our vision is to create a subsidiary companies independently owned and operated by young entrepreneurs who have the similar vision for employment creation. With adequate investment into our cement production GANAFIX CEMENT stands the greater chance to assisting significantly to the fight against GENDER BASED VIOLENCE.

Competitive Advantage

There continue to remain a larger market advantage for us because of the unique components and our high quality grade of production, the market shares and distribution demands are available in virtually any part of the country, and since our introduction of our cement products onto the markets we have gained strong market acceptance. The only weakness on our part is our inability to create wide awareness through advertisement on radio, television and the internet due to inadequate capital of company operations. We also have a market advantage due to our brand name GANAFIX which proudly sells our image as 'made in Ghana' goods which customers psychologically are easily drawn to buy. Prevention of GBV entails supporting the implementation of the agreed conclusions of the 57th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) that placed a strong focus on prevention through the promotion of gender equality, women’s empowerment and their enjoyment of human rights.

The Team Behind the Innovation

A gender parity team of ten members, including a female of 23 years old with a group combined 47 years of experience in management, 26 years in marketing, 6 years in product development and 5 years in other executive positions. Two team members are currently holding top positions as General Managers in their respective institutions, one is the Managing Director of her firm. We have three professional support in the areas of accounting, auditing and legal. They all work part time to support.
