Developing countries' access to diaspora groups in developed countries.



Geo-locate music indigenous to their respective country and located them abroad (there are techniques we have developed that can do this). Ex. Track the global music flow of Haitian music and we'll located the Haitian diaspora. Once fully developed we will be able to do this in a matter of seconds, not years.
