Innovation Description

CSISA has conducted controlled-trial and on-farm diagnostic research to document the role of longer-duration wheat varieties coupled with timely planting on yield and resilience. These practices can increase yield potential by 50% and are 'no regrets' management options that consistently perform better than the alternatives, thereby boosting performance without compromising reliability.
