Total unemployment in Solomon Island is 4.6% of the labor force (ILO). Of that 5.3% are female and males 4.1%. Of that young women 15-23 years old are 13.3% and males 10.1%. Women and young women have highest unemployed rate in the country. I want to create short term and long term employment for women and girls from 15-23 years of age.
