Personal freedom restriction and banning women to work and earn their own money is one of the most popular scenario amongst the women bulled at home. At work, women sacrifice often their work-life balance in order to prove their commitment to their role. Often the justification for this is their lower professional qualification or/and experience caused by the education as woman are pushed to study humanities, but the jobs of the future belongs to STEM.
DigitalKidZ STEM Club aims to educate in coding boys and girls at the very young age and through game based learning and preferred digital solutions to involve them in mixed-gender group challenges. This demonstrates to them that genders are with equal rights, wishes and opportunities and it's a matter of choice how to use their "super-powers" in order to contribute the society best. Beyond coding the program develops communication skills, self-confidence, leadership and emotional intelligence.

Newtrend Agency, the marketing agency of the project, owned by Mrs. Atanasova, is a marketing Partner of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Google Partner. Member of the Bulgarian-British Business Association. The rest of the team is formed by volunteers with teaching & coding backgrounds.
