Bi-annual Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) will be held to strengthen the relationship between CBALS and parents, and between CBALS and communities. Additionally, the program will ensure regular coordination with the local Education Department. Education officials are to be invited to host an alliance building workshop. In addition to monthly and quarterly donor reporting on the program's activities, regular visits to the CBALS, training workshops, etc. will be arranged.
