Artists in underdeveloped countries do not have the access to global supply chain. A talented artisan in Afghanistan who has been doing pottery her whole life and has it inherited from his grandparents should be able to sell their products to people all around the world. Right now, they can not!
Tailor fit a custom supply chain, use technology (make an app), heavily social media market the products; the more you sell, the more the quality of the products will improve, standards can be applied and societies through these artisans can be improved in underdeveloped countries. We may as well make new markets.
