Sadly in South Africa, 60% of children under the age of 4 do not have access to ECD programs. Globally, there are 150 million children, many in Refugee Camps ,who go without ECD programs.This is the main contributor to the ever-widening gap between the rich and the poor... Furthermore, 66% of the population, under the age of 35, are unemployed.
