The global objective of this call for proposals is to increase employability, sustainable employment prospects for disadvantaged groups, namely youth and women in Kosovo.
The specific objective(s) of this call for proposals are:
• support development of social enterprises in Kosovo;
• support enhancement of employment of disadvantaged groups, primarily women and youth.

Lot 1:
(1) In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must:
• be a legal person and
• be registered as an enterprise and
• be established in Kosovo and
• be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the coapplicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary.
Lot 2:
(1) In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant in Lot 2 must:
• be a legal person and
• be non-for-profit making and
• be civil society organisation and
• be established in Kosovo and
• be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the coapplicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
• have a proven background and a minimum of 2 years of experience within the last 5
years in the field of the application
Lot 3:
(1) In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant in Lot 3 must:
• be a legal person and
• be a non-profit-making and
be a specific type of organisation from one of the following two categories:
a) public institution at municipal or at regional level – a local authority, an employment
office, a vocational training centre, a vocational education school, a competence centre, a
centre for social work;
b) civil society organizations that have a proven background and a minimum of 2 years of
experience within the last 5 years in the field of implementation of Active Labor Market
Measures;
• established in Kosovo

Application Directions

To apply to this call for proposals organisations must register in PADOR and submit their application in PROSPECT (see section 2.2.2 of the attached guidelines).
