Empowerment Accelerated! Cambodia Empowerment Grant

The Voice Empowerment Accelerator grants are ‘graduation’ grants meant for rightsholder-led groups to continue and/or strengthen transformative leadership skills, to build (collective and individual) confidence and skills, forge alliances with other like-minded individuals and/or organisations to address cross-cutting obstacles, and work collectively against the exclusion of marginalised and discriminated groups.

Existing empowerment grantees can only apply with a project that will start after their current Voice-funded project ends. Voice encourages graduation, but can only have one contract at a time with a (lead) organisation.

If you are (still) not registered, you can obviously apply through preferably the same fiscal host as you did for your previous grant.

Application And Awards Process

To submit your application, you are required to do the following:

If you have passed the eligibility test, you need to complete this form to describe how your proposed interventions will either expand, deepen, challenge or bring to completion empowerment processes of your organisation or rightsholders.

The deadline for submission of your idea is 3rd May 2021 Please note that only those that meet the criteria of the grant will be contacted by the Voice country team to discuss further the project and receive an application form and a budget template to complete. Early submissions are strongly encouraged as the assessment process will occur as the applications come in.

All applications will be reviewed and decisions will be communicated to all applicants four weeks after receipt of the application.
