The specific objectives of this call for projects are:
to improve and secure the production, processing, conservation and marketing of agricultural products and to ensure their access to urban and rural consumers, in particular to poor consumers, through concrete innovative actions;
to share the knowledge acquired through local actions, supported by the program, among local, national and international actors, and to draw global lessons;
to produce documents and arguments useful to actors ensuring monitoring and political apprehension.

Who is the call for projects for?

To non-profit legal persons:
farmers' organizations (POs) in West Africa;
support NGOs active in West Africa or in Europe insofar as they act with local partners;
research and / or training organizations.
A local authority cannot be the bearer of the project but can be the main partner.
Important: the call for projects is reserved for proposals for actions in formal partnership between a West African organization and a European organization. The lead organization can be West African or European.
